Job summary

THREE60 Energy is recruiting a Maintenance Scheduler to join the Operations Division on a full-time, 3-month fixed term basis. The role focuses on developing and maintaining an executable maintenance schedule to optimise equipment availability, resource utilisation and production efficiency while ensuring safe and compliant execution of work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate and nest maintenance activities to optimise equipment downtime opportunities.
• Identify clashes, bottlenecks, and schedule risks early and escalate where necessary.
• Facilitate maintenance activity readiness reviews and scheduling meetings.
• Coordinate readiness information from Maintenance Specialists, Maintenance Planners, Operations Planners, and Site Integrators.
• Monitor work progression through schedule gates and highlight activities that are not ready for execution.
• Flag site-constrained and resource-constrained activities within the planning horizon.
• Communicate schedule changes, priorities, and emerging risks.
• Support decision making through schedule analytics and reporting.
• Maintain scheduling data within Primavera P6 and SAP planning tools.
• Deliver a realistic and executable maintenance schedule.
• Maximize maintenance productivity and asset availability.
• Minimize schedule conflicts and downtime impacts.
• Improve efficiency through work nesting and integration opportunities.

THREE60 Operations Division are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Scheduler to join the team on a full time, 3 month fixed term basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining an executable maintenance schedule that optimises equipment availability, resource utilisation, and production efficiency while ensuring safe and compliant execution of work. The role acts as the focal point for integrating maintenance, operations, logistics, and site constraints into a single coordinated schedule.

This role will be based in Aberdeen city centre, working on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop andmaintainthe integrated maintenance schedule
• Coordinate and nest maintenance activities to optimise equipment downtime opportunities
• Build sufficient horizontal and vertical buffers between activities to manage site constraints and execution risk
• Ensure schedules accurately reflect equipment availability and operational constraints
• Identifyclashes, bottlenecks, and schedule risks early and **escalate** where necessary
• Facilitate maintenance activity readiness reviews and scheduling meetings
• Coordinate readiness information from Maintenance Specialists, Maintenance Planners, Operations Planners, and Site Integrators
• Monitor work progression through schedule gates and highlight activities that are not ready for execution
• Flag site-constrained and resource-constrained activities within the planning horizon
