Responsibilities

• Oversee health, safety and environmental matters, ensuring compliance and incident reporting.
• Follow the Five Basic Behaviours and Our Life Saving Rules, promoting safe behaviours.
• Be the point of contact for hire contracts; respond to maintenance inquiries from customers.
• Address queries or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating as needed.
• Keep customers informed of maintenance progress and proactive communication.
• Lead and develop team performance, set objectives and progressions.
• Manage training records, staff progression and conduct reviews.
• Raise maintenance jobs accurately and timely.
• Plan works to prioritise efficiency and SLA compliance.
• Admin of non-lifting RAMS as instructed by the Service Support Manager.
• Communicate with Technicians to resolve issues and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with Logistics to enable on-site attendance.
• Ensure Technicians hold in-date certifications and safe working hours.
• Raise purchase orders for Technicians and third parties.
• Save mandatory documents per legal and policy requirements.
• Complete month-end reconciliation.
• Resolve customer invoice queries and supplier disputes.
