Job summary

InterGen is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Manager for Coryton Power Station. You will lead safe, reliable maintenance and asset management, driving availability and performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and cost control.

You will develop maintenance strategies, oversee outages and budgets, build a high-performing team, and partner with contractors and suppliers to deliver operational excellence in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
• Significant maintenance leadership experience within CCGT power generation or similar heavy process industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership in Health, Safety, Environmental and Process safety performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance, reliability, and asset management strategies to optimise plant performance and asset life.
• Oversee routine and emergency outage maintenance and manage budgets, contractors and service providers.
• Lead the Maintenance Team, ensuring the right resources and technical capabilities are in place.
