Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Maintenance Manager for two automated manufacturing facilities in Sutton-in-Ashfield. You will drive maintenance strategy, asset care and TPM across both sites, including a new capex facility, with CMMS as a core control tool.

You will lead a multi-skilled team, own maintenance planning and reliability improvements, and ensure health & safety and compliance while delivering uptime and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in heavy industrial automated environments.
• Experience implementing or optimizing a CMMS and proactive maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage the engineering team across two facilities.
• Own site-wide maintenance strategy and performance.
• Manage and control the maintenance budget.
• Support installation, commissioning and ramp-up of the new facility.
• Lead TPM, asset care and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Reduce downtime and improve OEE across automated production lines.
