Job summary

Robertson Facilities Management is seeking a Maintenance Plumber to join a small, site-based FM team and deliver high-quality property maintenance across client properties. You will perform planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance, ensuring safety and adherence to contract standards.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 2+ in plumbing, IPAF/PASMA, Water Management L8 and ACS gas qualifications, plus a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or higher in plumbing.
• IPAF / PASMA Certification.
• Water Management experience of L8.
• ACS Commercial & Catering gas qualification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facilities to contract Performance Standards.
• Undertake planned, reactive and cyclical maintenance.
• Support client objectives while respecting dignity and privacy of client teams.
• Ensure safe operation of all plant, equipment and tools.
• Adhere to Health and Safety Regulations, COSHH and Waste Disposal.
