Job summary

JOBS247 INC LTD is seeking a Maintenance Plumber in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and prompt fault rectification to ensure plumbing systems run reliably.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent required.
• Proven maintenance plumber experience in facilities management.
• Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing faults promptly.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance to extend fixture lifespan.

What the role involves

• Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and rectify leaks, clogs, and other issues promptly.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks to proactively address potential breakdowns and extend the lifespan of plumbing equipment.
• Resolve plumbing faults efficiently, including leaks, blockages, and damaged pipes.
• Utilise your expertise to diagnose.
• Conduct installations, replacements, and upgrades of plumbing fixtures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate closely with other maintenance personnel and external contractors to coordinate repairs and renovations seamlessly.

Skills and requirements

• CBW Staffing Solutions are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber with proven experience in the facilities management industry.
• Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent.
• Proven track record as a Maintenance Plumber or similar role within the facilities management sector.
