Job summary

Westwood Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Plumber to cover commercial sites across the North West. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance on a range of pipework and utilities.

The role offers door-to-door travel, a van and fuel card for personal use, and 33 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays. Salary ranges from £37,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in FM maintenance roles.
• Experience with commercial pipework and utilities.
• Ability to carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
