Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a Maintenance Planning Technician to join the engineering team at Ketton Cement Works. The role focuses on planning and scheduling maintenance activities, documenting work orders in SAP PM, and supporting procurement and cost control to improve reliability and energy efficiency.

Ideal candidates have strong planning, SAP maintenance experience, and an ability to work across engineering, operations, and maintenance teams within a fast-paced industrial

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or administration.
• Experience using SAP PM or CMMS systems.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily and weekly maintenance activities across the site.
• Maintain and close maintenance work orders in SAP PM with accurate data.
• Assist with procurement, cost coding, and supplier information for maintenance needs.
• Coordinate shutdown planning and attach isolation requirements.
• Support audits, compliance, and continuous improvement of maintenance processes and data.
