Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance Planning: Plan all tasks associated with shutdowns by collaborating with Operations and Maintenance. Responsible for delivering effective shutdown plans, improving reliability, reducing labor costs, and driving efficiency.
  2. Scheduling and Collaboration: Drive effective scheduling to implement asset care, achieve KPIs, and collaborate daily with Operations to meet targets via QCDM meetings.
  3. Work Order Management: Review work requests, prioritize tasks through collaboration with Maintenance and Operations teams.
  4. Support Improvement Teams: Schedule failure analysis work orders as required based on team feedback.
  5. Reporting and Data Management: Produce weekly scorecards, provide labor utilization data, maintain SAP, prepare ad-hoc reports, and modify tasks as needed.
  6. Asset Data Maintenance: Keep SAP data updated, including new equipment and asset care regimes.
  7. Audit Support: Support site actions and ownership of issues related to internal audits such as PEMM, BRC, and AIB.
Qualifications
  1. Highly numerate with analytical skills to support decision-making.
  2. Adaptability in a changing environment with problem-solving skills.
  3. Attention to detail and workload prioritization abilities.
  4. Motivated team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Influencing and negotiation skills.
  6. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAP.
  7. Assertiveness and confidence in meetings with colleagues and external contractors.
  8. Knowledge of system equipment and flow streams.
  9. Effective communication with peers and staff at all levels.
  10. Ability to adapt to production and equipment changes.
