Responsibilities
  • Plan all tasks related to shutdowns by collaborating with Operations and Maintenance teams. Deliver effective shutdown plans to improve reliability, reduce labor costs, and enhance efficiency.
  • Implement effective scheduling for asset care, aiming to surpass KPI targets on the monthly scorecard. Collaborate daily with Operations to meet targets via QCDM meetings.
  • Review work orders and requests, prioritizing tasks through collaboration with Maintenance and Operations teams.
  • Support Improvement Teams by scheduling Failure Analysis work orders based on team feedback.
  • Produce weekly scorecards, provide labor utilization data, maintain SAP records, prepare ad-hoc reports, and update tasks and instructions as needed.
  • Maintain SAP data, including updating equipment and asset care regimes.
  • Support site actions and take ownership of issues related to internal audits such as PEMM, BRC, and AIB.
Qualifications
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills to support decision-making within Maintenance, Operations, and other teams.
  • Adaptable to change, generating ideas and solutions proactively.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
  • Motivated, a strong team player, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAP.
  • Assertiveness and confidence to participate actively in meetings with colleagues and external contractors.
  • Knowledge of system equipment and basic understanding of system flow streams and their impact on efficiency and quality.
  • Ability to handle snapshot changes in production and equipment demands.
