If you are interested in joining our journey, we are now recruiting for an Maintenance Planner. Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, this role will play a key part of our success journey and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the following:

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all Planned Maintenance activities are created and appropriately planned, including resources, spare parts and equipment availability for all areas of the Brewery.
• Managing task allocation based on due date, resource availability and criticality. Forecast when and where external or extra resource is necessary.
• Use Engineering personnel resource planner to plan maintenance and make sure low resource are flagged to relevant shift engineering managers to ensure appropriate cover is in place.
• Ensure the planning of work orders using SAP PM, traditional and visual management tools.
• Run reports to highlight performance & skills gap analysis.
• Management of all paper documentation, including manuals, drawings and records.

Experience and Key Attributes:

• Previous experience in maintenance planning or coordination within a manufacturing or process-driven industry (e.g., food and beverage, chemicals, pharmaceuticals).
• Prior experience in a hands-on maintenance role (e.g., Maintenance Technician or Engineer).
• Demonstrated experience working within Lean Manufacturing and TPM frameworks, including participation in or leadership of improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance techniques.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and operations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
