Job summary
Park's Motor Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Painter in Lanarkshire. You will maintain and improve the appearance and condition of buildings and rooms through high-quality painting and decorating work, collaborating with the maintenance team, and completing tasks independently when required.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a painter/decorator or maintenance painter.
- Good knowledge of painting and surface preparation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Health & Safety awareness.
- Relevant qualifications or trade experience are desirable.
Responsibilities
- Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works
- Carry out touch-ups and general maintenance painting
- Identify areas requiring repair or redecoration and report any issues
- Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working environment
- Work safely and follow all relevant health and safety procedures
- Complete work to a high standard and within agreed timescales
