Job summary

emh is seeking an experienced Painter to join our Internal Maintenance Service. You will perform painting repairs and maintenance for residents across the East Midlands, both in occupied and unoccupied properties, with a focus on high-quality workmanship and customer service.

The role requires travel to customer homes and a willingness to work as part of a multi-skilled team, handling voids and various painting tasks including paper hanging.

Qualifications

• Experience in day-to-day maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied properties.
• Broad painting and decoration experience including paper hanging.
• Travel to customers' homes across the East Midlands is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out painting repairs and maintenance to a high standard for residents across the East Midlands.
• Perform void maintenance in occupied and unoccupied properties.
• Undertake internal and external painting and decoration, including paper hanging.
