Job summary

Park Holidays UK Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Operative to keep our holiday park facilities in top condition.

You’ll perform routine maintenance, carry out repairs across plumbing, carpentry and electrical tasks, and help with general DIY duties to ensure guest areas are safe and welcoming. You’ll also inspect equipment, log maintenance work, follow health and safety rules, and be ready to handle gardening tasks to keep outdoor spaces tidy and inviting for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance, including basic plumbing, carpentry and electrical repairs.
• Practical DIY skills and experience with hand tools and gardening equipment.
• Understanding health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance while performing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks across the holiday park, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general DIY duties.
• Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues, ensuring safe, operational condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff and resolve issues to maintain service quality.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Ensure all maintenance work adheres to health and safety regulations and keeps guest and staff safe.
• Undertake gardening and landscaping tasks to keep outdoor areas well-presented and inviting.
