Job summary

HC-One Limited is recruiting a Maintenance Operative to join our on-site team on a full-time basis (36 hours per week). You will have solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping, with knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and some IT skills.

You will carry out audits, keep records up to date and undertake tasks from taps and extractor fans to repairs and wallpapering, always with a focus on kindness and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping.
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• IT skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out audits and keep records up to date.
• Replace taps or mixer valves, fit extractor fans, repair timber and wallpaper.
• Ensure residents live in a proactively maintained environment with kindness.
