• Good health & safety practices and compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Carry out minor repairs and keep the home and garden in good condition.
• Access practical training and development opportunities.
• Coordinate contractor visits and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, colleagues and contractors.
• Provide cover at other homes when needed.
