The Cambian Group Plc seeks a Maintenance Operative to manage the upkeep of premises and assist with minor projects within the site. You will help maintain safety, cleanliness and compliance for students and staff across Essex facilities.

Experience with building and maintenance, plus a focus on recording keeping and safety, will support the team. DBS and safeguarding checks are part of the process; join a group that promotes progression and high standards.

Qualifications

• Building and maintenance knowledge.
• Experience with compliance and record keeping.
• A trade background preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic repairs & maintenance upkeep of premises.
• Address contractor works and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for the site.
