Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our premium health and wellness group's team. You will help keep equipment in top condition and safeguard member and staff safety every day at our clubs.

Essentially you will demonstrate hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing and electrical tasks, hold a pool plant qualification and drive between clubs as needed, supporting our high‑quality member experience across locations.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in carpentry, plumbing and single-phase electrics.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar).
• Full driving licence or ability to travel between clubs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure all equipment is fully functioning to support safe club operations.
• Prioritise safety of members and colleagues in day-to-day tasks.
• Contribute to a well‑presented, reliable environment across sites.

About You

As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone:

• Who has t echnical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) - Essential
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
• A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
• S trong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
