Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our UK club network. You will help keep equipment and facilities fully functional, ensuring member and colleague safety while delivering an excellent member experience seven days a week.

We value practical skills in carpentry, plumbing or electrical work, safety awareness and strong communication. The role offers training, career progression and access to our benefits suite as part of a supportive, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Experience with carpentry, plumbing or single-phase electrical work.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) required.
• Full driving licence or ability to travel between clubs within your region.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
