Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Bromsgrove is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our club team and help keep facilities in prime condition. You will inspect and maintain equipment, ensure safety, and support a high standard of customer experience seven days a week.

The role requires practical skills in Carpentry, Plumbing or Electrical work, a Pool Plant Operators qualification, and a full driving licence to travel between clubs. We offer training and development and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Technical skills or discipline in Carpentry, Plumbing or Electrical work – essential.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar).
• Full driving license or ability to travel between clubs within region.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all club equipment is fully functioning and safe for members and staff.
• Maintain safety of members and colleagues at all times.
• Provide an excellent member experience across seven days a week.
• Travel between clubs within your region to support maintenance needs.

As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone:

• Who has t echnical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) - Essential
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
• A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
