Job summary

davidlloyd is inviting applications for a Maintenance Operative at one of our premium health and wellness clubs in Hampton. You will ensure that all equipment is fully functional, maintaining safety for members and staff while delivering a consistently excellent experience seven days a week.

Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance skills, pool plant qualifications, and a valid driving licence to travel between clubs as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with repair and maintenance tasks in a facilities environment.
• Pool plant operator qualification (STA or similar) is required.
• Full driving licence and ability to travel between clubs within your region.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and inspect club equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• Support daily operations to deliver a premium member experience.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to prioritise repairs and improvements.

• Who has t echnical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) - Essential
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
• A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
• S trong engagement, communication and active listening skills.
