Job summary

Sanctuary Care in Woodland, Saint Austell is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our friendly team. You’ll gain practical training in essential tasks, including basic plumbing and repair work, and contribute to keeping the home in top condition.

Responsibilities include health and safety checks, carrying out minor repairs, coordinating contractors, and providing cover at other homes when needed. A valid driving licence and access to transport are required; you’ll work on-site with a

• Practical experience in minor repairs, basic plumbing and DIY.
• Valid driving licence and access to transport.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
