Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Operative to join our premium wellness network. You will help maintain club facilities, ensure equipment is safe and fully functioning, and support a great member experience every day.

Ideal candidates have technical skills in carpentry, plumbing or single-phase electrics, a Pool Plant Operators qualification (STA or similar), a full driving licence, and strong engagement and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Technical skills in carpentry, plumbing or single-phase electrics.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar).
• Full driving licence and ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain club facilities and equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
• Assist with routine repairs and checks across clubs.
• Support a positive member experience through proactive maintenance and responsive service.

As a Maintenance Operative, we are looking for someone:

• Who has t echnical skills or discipline (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) - Essential

• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)

• A full driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
