Vita Group operates premium Vita Student properties in the UK, providing luxury, high-standard student living with a customer-focused service. The Maintenance Operative role is customer-facing and vital for keeping building facilities running smoothly, with responsibility for responding to issues and performing preventative and corrective maintenance.
Working hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities during peak periods.
