Maintenance Operative
Location: Kingston Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 2ER
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday–Friday
Salary: £25,466 per annum.

An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Operative to join our Repairs and Maintenance Team, delivering general maintenance services throughout the North East.
As a Maintenance Operative, your duties will include litter picking, sweeping, filling grit bins, emptying bins, inspecting playparks, weed spraying, testing fire/smoke alarms, changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and other related tasks.
If you have excellent communication skills, a team-focused approach, and proficiency in using IT systems, we want to hear from you.
About the role:
While part of a team, you will need to be self-motivated to work independently, driving from site to site to carry out your tasks.
A company van will be provided for business use, so a full clean driving licence is essential.
Knowledge of H&S legislation is required, and there will be additional mandatory training as part of the role.
