Hourly rate: £13.01 per hour
Location: Kingston Court, Carlisle
Contract: Permanent (30 hours)

Required Qualifications: Ideally, Level 2 in Property Maintenance or Level 2 in Health and Safety

About the role
You will liaise with the Home Manager and Senior Manager - Estates regarding the day-to-day maintenance of our building, its services, and grounds. You will complete basic health and safety, fire, electrical, and appliance checks, report all faults, and carry out decoration of bedrooms and some common areas when required.
Who we are looking for
We seek an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual who can demonstrate a range of skills to ensure our home is maintained to the highest standards in a safe, efficient, and practical manner. A Level 2 Diploma in Property Maintenance would be advantageous, but if you don’t have this yet (or are working towards it), we are happy to support your qualification development. We value the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, use initiative to solve problems, and take pride in your work.
