Hourly rate: £13.01 per hour

Location: Kingston Court, Carlisle

Contract: Permanent (30 hours)

Experience Required: Maintenance or general trade

Required Qualifications: Ideally, Level 2 in Property Maintenance or Level 2 in Health and Safety

About The Role

You will liaise with the Home Manager and Senior Manager - Estates, regarding the day-to-day maintenance of our building, its services, and grounds. Responsibilities include completing basic health and safety, fire, electrical, and appliance checks, reporting faults, and decorating bedrooms and common areas as needed.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a range of skills to maintain our home to high standards safely and efficiently. A Level 2 Diploma in Property Maintenance is advantageous, but we are happy to support your qualifications if you are working towards it. The ideal candidate can multi-task, work well under pressure, use initiative to solve problems, and takes pride in their work.
