We’re seeking a dedicated Maintenance Officer to oversee the upkeep of our building and equipment, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Role Significance

This role is crucial in maintaining the quality of life within our facility. You will ensure that all systems and equipment are functioning optimally, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Repairs: Address issues like leaks or broken fixtures promptly to ensure operational efficiency.
• Electrical Inspections: Conduct regular checks on control panels and wiring to prevent potential hazards.
• Installation & Upgrades: Manage the installation of new appliances and equipment with precision.
• Outdoor Maintenance: Maintain grounds, including lawn care and waste management.
• Lighting & General Upkeep: Replace bulbs and perform routine maintenance to ensure a comfortable environment.
• Safety Checks: Regularly inspect fire alarms and safety systems to ensure compliance and safety.
• Building Maintenance: Repair damages to surfaces and structures, keeping the premises in excellent condition.
• Project Involvement: Participate in renovation and improvement projects as needed.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Work with the facilities or maintenance manager to resolve issues efficiently.
• Standards & Compliance: Maintain high standards of quality, health, and safety in all tasks.
• Flexibility & Availability: Be prepared for occasional evening and weekend work, including on-call emergencies.
