An established industry player is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Officer to join their team. This full-time, permanent position involves maintaining buildings to high standards, performing plumbing and decorative work, and participating in a shift pattern that includes evening duties. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who will respond positively to working within a team and the challenges of managing a rapidly developing site. Maintaining all the existing buildings to a high standard is a key college management priority. This role includes a lot of manual handling as well as plumbing, decorative and maintenance work. The premises team also operate a shift pattern rota which includes evening shifts, once every four weeks. This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis, with a salary of £25,786 per annum (Point 9 of the Support Staff Salary Spine).
