A leading healthcare organization is seeking a reliable maintenance worker for general upkeep of buildings and grounds. You will be responsible for providing essential maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting the operations team. This role requires strong electrical and plumbing skills, with a commitment to maintaining high standards in a caring environment.
The suitablecandidates would be able to undertake general maintenance and upkeep ofgrounds, buildings & equipment, as well actioning all maintenance andcontinuous review and improvement of facilities operations, ensuring theenvironment is compliant, safe and well maintained to the highest standards.

About the Practice/Department/Team
Reporting to the Operations & Compliance Manageryou will be part of 2 man team dealing with the day to day maintenanceissues. Working closely with ManagementSupport team who will coordinate your jobs and responsibilities
Overall Aim: to provide support and general maintenance to all 3 buildings and keep a safeworking environment.
Responsibility for the site-specific daily duties, maintenance and up-keep of buildings and generalrepairs and grounds maintenance.
