Shaftesbury Education is seeking to appoint two experienced Maintenance Officers to work as part of the in-house maintenance team at Nash College.
Duties will include assisting with all general maintenance, decorating, servicing and security activities and ensuring the site is fit for purpose to meet the needs of the students.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years building experience a Level 2 NVQ qualification in decorating, construction or general building maintenance.
You will have a sound knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and either plumbing, electrical work, carpentry or other area of building maintenance crafts.
A willingness to learn new tasks and undertake further training is essential as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of safeguarding and be committed to creating a safe environment for our students, staff and visitors.
