You will drive maintenance planning, data analysis, and capital projects to improve manufacturing capability. Qualifications

• Knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven supervisory and leadership experience.
• Strong communication across all levels of the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote Company, Factory and Team plans and implement them to achieve objectives.
• Lead and develop the team through performance reviews to meet targets.
• Provide engineering expertise to apply IMS tools for continuous improvement across manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental procedures.
• Analyze engineering, production and process data to drive key targets.
• Establish systems and standards for housekeeping using 5S principles.
