Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the hotel’s maintenance program in Leeds, ensuring all areas meet standards of cleanliness, functionality and aesthetics. You will manage maintenance tasks, coordinate with other departments, and uphold safety and quality across the property.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ managerial maintenance experience, with skills in faults finding and building trades.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Maintenance role at managerial level.
• Experience in one or more building trades.
• Experience conducting first level fault finding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all maintenance tasks across the hotel.
• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical and kitchen equipment and ensure safety compliance.
• Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front office and F&B to ensure guest satisfaction.
