Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other hotel equipment.
• Communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Attention to detail to identify maintenance issues early.
• Time management to prioritise hotel projects.
• Technical skills: basic computer systems and maintenance software knowledge would be advantageous.
