Qualifications

• Level 3 in Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong fault-finding on automated machinery.
• Experience leading a team of Engineers in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and develop site engineering and apprentices.
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, procedures, and best practices across both sites.
• Drive a proactive engineering culture focused on safety, reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Help to develop competency frameworks for engineering personnel.
• Support site leadership teams in delivering business objectives, and engineering KPIs.
• Provide engineering support and strategic guidance to site management teams.
• Ensure engineering resources are effectively deployed across sites to support operational requirements.
