Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking an Engineering Manager for a global manufacturing group near Stoke-on-Trent. You will lead all engineering and maintenance activities on site, moving the operation from reactive to proactive, reliability-led maintenance.

You will develop multi-disciplinary teams, drive CBM/RCM and asset care, optimise PPM/TPM and CMMS, and manage budgets with EH&S compliance, supporting planned CAPEX and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience as engineering leader in manufacturing.
• Proven CBM/RCM and asset care experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
• Drive asset reliability through CBM, asset care strategies and RCM.
• Implement and optimise PPM, TPM and CMMS systems.
• Improve plant performance through data-led continuous improvement.
• Support planned CAPEX and engineering projects.
• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure EHS compliance.
• Work closely with operations to deliver sustainable performance improvements.

The site is located in the area of Stoke.

The business is seeking an Engineering Manager with proven experience in improving reliability, embedding best-practice maintenance strategies, and developing high-performing engineering teams.

• A Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualification (Level 3 or above)
• Proven experience improving reliability using CBM, RCM and asset care strategies
• Experience leading and developing multi-skilled engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practice and EHS standards
