Job summary

AG Barr Group in Scotland is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance strategy for manufacturing and distribution assets at the Cumbernauld site. You will guide engineering teams, drive CI programs, and ensure statutory compliance, safety, and asset reliability across the plant.

You will own the maintenance budget, oversee small capital projects (£10k–£20k), and manage the Mainsaver CMMS to deliver accurate reporting and continuous improvement in OEE, availability, and throughput.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of technical teams
• Dual-skilled in mechanical/electrical maintenance
• Experience with TPM/FCMA/maintenance strategies
• Knowledge of LOLER and PSSR regulations
• Strong communication with production and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive maintenance programme to optimise asset reliability
• Lead CI initiatives and drive site scorecard targets (OEE, availability, performance, yield)
• mentor and develop engineering teams and ensure technical excellence
• Own the maintenance budget and manage small capital projects (£10k–£20k)
• Ensure 100% site compliance with LOLER and PSSR; maintain Mainsaver CMMS reporting
