Job summary

Avisford Park Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee our property's maintenance operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure facilities meet the highest standards for guest comfort and safety.

You will develop preventative maintenance programs, coordinate with the General Manager and other departments, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the building.

Qualifications

• Experience managing maintenance in a hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, fire & general building systems.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and risk assessments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel maintenance operations and ensure facilities are in optimal condition.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team to carry out preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, including Fire & Legionella policies.
