Job summary

Avisford Park Hotel is seeking a proactive Leisure Manager to lead the hotel’s leisure club, optimise daily operations, and maximise guest satisfaction. You will manage the gym, pool, spa, and fitness classes while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high service standards across all facilities.

You will motivate a team, drive membership growth, and implement strategies to enhance the club’s offerings and revenue, working closely with other hotel departments and departments to ensure a seamless

Qualifications

• Pool Plant Room qualification (NPPO or equivalent).
• Pool Responder (NPLQ or equivalent).
• Previous management or supervisory experience in leisure, fitness, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the hotel leisure facilities (gym, pool, spa, classes).
• Lead and motivate the leisure team; drive membership sales and retention.
• Ensure guest experiences meet high standards and maintain safety/hygiene.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments and support DM shifts.
