Job summary

You will own PPM and reactive maintenance, lead changeovers, and implement continuous improvement projects while developing the team’s capability. This role offers stability within a large UK group with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading maintenance teams in manufacturing.
• Experience with PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding across electrical, mechanical, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams during changeovers and setups.
• Manage PPM and reactive maintenance to ensure asset availability.
• Drive continuous improvement projects and implement solutions.
• Develop the team's technical capabilities.
• Assist with audits and HR activities for direct reports.
