Job summary

ATA Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer for a global systems integrator on a Castle Donington site. The role includes reactive and preventive maintenance, CMMS management, and hands-on work with conveyors, cranes, shuttled systems, and robotic equipment.

Salary is £53,000 per year plus healthcare, life insurance and pension contribution, with potential for progression into technical or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Recognised engineering qualification.
• Good communication skills face-to-face, over the radio and over email.
• Ability to perform in high pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Reactive and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain and use the CMMS tablet-based system.
• Operate and troubleshoot automated machinery (conveyors, cranes, shuttled, robotics).
