Job summary

Village Hotels - Walsall is seeking a Maintenance Manager to keep our hotels and clubs in top condition, ensuring guest rooms are faultless and facilities run smoothly. You’ll jump in to fix issues across guest rooms, spa, gyms, and public areas, while leading a small team and coordinating with contractors.

Extensive maintenance experience, including plumbing and electrical, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset are essential for delivering high service standards in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive general maintenance experience including plumbing and electrical.
• Lead, motivate and monitor a small team to ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant and equipment.
• Delivery of excellent customer service.
• Have knowledge of and operate hotel security and emergency procedures.
• Proactive, quick thinking and adept at identifying and fixing maintenance issues.

Responsibilities

• Fix issues in guest rooms to ensure faultless stays.
• Ensure spa and gyms operate seamlessly.
• Maintain and clean public areas to high standards.
