Job summary

Village Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to keep guest rooms, leisure facilities, and public areas in top condition. This role blends hands-on problem solving with proactive service to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

The Role Outline: Your Shift at a Glance

As our Maintenance Assistant, you are the ultimate problem solver for the entire property. One hour you might be fixing a critical issue in a guest room so they can have a faultless stay, and the next you will be ensuring our Leisure Club equipment is operating seamlessly. This is one of the most varied, fast paced roles in the hotel, keeping our public areas looking as fresh as they did on day one.

• The Public Areas: Protecting the brand. You will take pride in the details, ensuring our bustling lobbies, Pub & Grill, and meeting spaces look immaculate and function perfectly.

• The Team Support: Working hand in hand with every other department. You will be a supportive team player who thrives under pressure, helping the wider hotel team deliver a brilliant service.
