Job summary

Housing Plus Group is recruiting a Maintenance Manager in Telford to lead a maintenance function delivering safe, efficient and customer-focused services. You will oversee areas including Customer Contact Centre Operations, Responsive Repairs and Planned Maintenance, aligning teams to improve right-first-time delivery and service performance.
