Marshalls plc, a leading UK manufacturer of building, roofing and landscaping solutions, is seeking a Maintenance Manager (Mechanical Lead) at Keele, England. You will own the mechanical discipline, lead maintenance across heavy plant, and drive a proactive preventive maintenance culture.

Reporting to the Site Engineering Manager, you will take ownership of the site's mechanical discipline, leading daily maintenance operations across heavy plant machinery and driving a site-wide shift from reactive firefighting to a world-class, data-driven preventative maintenance culture. Reporting directly to the Site Engineering Manager, you will manage 8 craft engineers, champion mechanical engineering compliance, and push the department toward operational excellence.
