Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Overview
We’re supporting a dynamic and growing organisation at the forefront of CO₂ reduction and sustainability. They’re seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and develop their maintenance operations in an advanced industrial setting. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role that directly contributes to the long-term performance and safety of the plant.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities across plant equipment, utilities, and facilities

  • Lead a high-performing team of technicians, starting hands-on and building into a leadership-focused role

  • Implement and improve planned and preventative maintenance programmes

  • Ensure regulatory compliance, health & safety standards, and best practices are met

  • Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across maintenance operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a maintenance-focused role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity

  • Strong working knowledge of maintenance management systems, health & safety procedures, and regulatory compliance

  • Experience working on top-tier COMAH sites or similar high-risk industrial environments

  • Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
