Maintenance Manager, Malmaison

Rate of Pay / Hours: £37,500 per Annum plus Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development / 45 Hours per Week

Job Description

Responsible for the general maintenance of the property, upkeep of facilities, and management of the maintenance team. Ensure that maintenance jobs are completed efficiently to meet guest expectations.

Allocate responsibilities to the team, complete daily jobs list, and preventative maintenance schedules with attention to detail and a passion for fixing things.

Meet deadlines, liaise with contractors, and ensure health and safety on the property. The ideal candidate is organized, an excellent communicator, and a hands-on manager with strong attention to detail. Experience in a similar hotel maintenance department, knowledge of electrics and health and safety, and computer literacy are required.
