Responsibilities include managing a team, budget preparation, and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of management experience within a manufacturing environment, excellent time management skills, and a relevant engineering qualification. Our client are looking to directly employ a talented and experienced Maintenance Manager to work within their Maintenance Department based at their Head Office Barnsley. You will join them on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

As a Maintenance Manager you will be working within a modern manufacturing facility maintaining production levels, and the efficient operation of additional onsite facilities, to ensure that the sites run to their full output potential within an agreed budget. You will have full responsibility for the management of a team of Engineers, Ancillary staff and Subcontractors based across both sites, operating over a 7 day, 4 shift rotational pattern.
