Job summary

Village Hotel Club seeks a Maintenance Team Leader to keep our hotels and leisure clubs in top condition, addressing issues in guest rooms, pools, gyms, and public areas. You will lead a small team, quickly diagnose problems, and coordinate with contractors for cost-efficient outcomes.

We value proactive problem solving, strong customer service, and the ability to work under pressure while training others and upholding Village Hotels’ high standards.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience.
• Delivery of excellent customer service.

• Proactive, quick thinking and adept at identifying and fixing maintenance issues.
• Build good relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective outcomes.

One of the most varied roles in the hotel, you will be a jack of all trades AND a master of all. You will be on hand to jump in and fix issues in guest rooms to make sure they have a faultless stay, make sure our pool area and gyms are operating seamlessly and that public areas look as fresh as they did on day one.
