EnerMech is seeking a Maintenance Manager to enhance the efficiency of maintenance activities across global operations. The Role and Responsibilities
EnerMech have a new opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our Integrated Supply Chain and Asset Management team. This is a newly created position, reporting to the Head of Asset Management. This position will be based in Aberdeen but responsible for setting standards for all maintenance activities across all activities worldwide. The role involves accountability and ownership for maintenance and continuous improvement of the EnerMech mobile and fixed equipment fleet, ensuring availability of the fleet is maximised. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Management of maintenance for EnerMech fixed equipment
· Selection of third-party maintenance providers
· Creation and update/optimisation of equipment maintenance procedures, in order to standardise our approach globally
· Developing a strategy around preferred locations for equipment maintenance
· Leadership of failure investigations - work with local teams to identify root causes of asset failures and apply future mitigations
· Set service delivery standards for internal and external maintenance providers
· Audit service delivery standards by internal and external maintenance providers
· Set maintenance plans and planning frequencies
· Continuously improve the availability of the equipment fleet
The Requirements
We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience of fixed and mobile diesel, electrical and hydraulically driven equipment including pumps, compressors, winches, HPU’s in both on and offshore applications. You will also have experience in the management of CMMS systems including the development of all technical data, processes and procedures to ensure efficient equipment maintenance. You will have the ability to understand and analyse financial information effectively, enabling informed decision making. Strong commercial acumen is required for this role, and you will be able to understand and interpret business situations and make sound decisions that drives results.
